Love this! The stillness of the wooden stump vs the blur of moving wings - suspension and flight! I thought at first the title was "started" as in a journey or flight started - but startled is fantastic! Captures the moment :) The sense of forward motion!

I have to say that the image was "Started" but only because of a typo. I had to correct it. Glad you like it. I was happy to have come upon about 8 of these vultures while I was out today.
